The job of a managing agent is a very difficult one, as it’s often about finding a balance to keeping both the tenant and property owner happy.
Having been a tenant for over nine years in a property under the Lorna Angell from Angell Property agency, I was witness that it can be achieved both professionally and fairly.
Lorna and her Mum, Sheila have a very unique brand of management. It was very personalised and at no time did I ever feel like a number. On the contrary, I felt like part of the family. The term of ‘quiet enjoyment ‘was of paramount importance to them.
Whatever the issue, it was always dealt with efficiently and promptly.
